It depends on the day and the route. Our Rupert 50 is a 5,500 kg deep-V planing hull built in Sweden: at cruising speed it rides over the wave tops rather than through them, so the boat stays level and you arrive at Klein Curaçao relaxed. The trade winds are part of the Caribbean; the hull is how we make them comfortable.

Around 35 minutes each way from Marichi Pier (Punda), depending on conditions. Klein Curaçao lies about 20 nautical miles southeast of the main island, and you spend the rest of the day there: snorkelling, lunch and beach time, with the boat moored off the beach. Round trip by boat.

Year-round, but morning visibility (08:00–11:00) is consistently best: wind comes up after midday and chops the surface. Sea temperature stays 26–28°C all year. Top sites: Tugboat Wreck (5 m, beginner-friendly), Playa Kalki, and Klein Curaçao reefs. Trade winds run 10–25 knots: that's why hull design matters.

It depends on your day. A RIB like our Rupert 50 cruises at 30–35 knots, so a half day can cover 3–4 stops along the coast. A catamaran suits a slower day with more room to move around on board. Choose by how many sites you want to see and how you like to spend your time on the water.

From Marichi Pier in Punda, central Willemstad: a 10-15 minute walk from the cruise terminal across the Queen Emma Bridge, or a few minutes by taxi. On the Half Day, Full Coast and Klein Curaçao tours the boat also stops on the way east at Mambo Beach and Jan Thiel for guests who booked there. On cruise days the departures are timed to the ships in port, and the booking page shows which departures bring you back at Marichi Pier 90 minutes before your ship's all-aboard. We don't run hotel or terminal pickups; taxis and parking are close to the pier.
